• Rates are subject to a fuel surcharge pending future diesel fuel costs

• Additional fuel fee may apply for “Over the Road” charters

• Add $20.00  for each additional pick up and drop off during one way or airport transfers

• All rates are based on Manhattan as the originating and terminating point

• Charters beginning or ending outside of Manhattan will incur additional charges

• Additional charges apply for any charter originating at a Cruise Ship Pier

• Coaches cannot be confirmed based on make, model or year of manufacture

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A $50 cancellation fee applies to any charter cancelled more than 2 weeks in advance

• A 50% cancellation fee applies for any charter cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance

• Full charge will apply to any charter cancelled within 24 hours of departure time
